Break Free from Bulimia – What is involved?

I want to break free of my Bulimia debilitating eating disorder. What is Involved?

I offer this program for bulimia, binging and eating disorders:

  • regular on-going counselling in once weekly sessions. These sessions are for 90 minutes and also include hypnosis. I have had many clients finish with their bulimia within three months of embarking on this type of counselling. This can be done in person or over the phone. This service is offered Australia-wide.
  • The program also includes the Tomatis Method of sound therapy. This sound therapy assists by pulling you out of depression or anxiety and helping you find the strength and willpower to finally let go of the bulimic behaviour and thinking patterns and embrace a new life bulimia free!

Eating healthy foodDuring the course of the program people find that they have:

  • Once and for all stopped the cycle of binging and purging that is bulimia
  • Found peace with themselves and their past
  • Reconnected with the part of them that wants to be whole and healed
  • Regained their sense of self and self-esteem
  • Found a way to love and honour themselves again

You will be able to look in the mirror and smile again – feeling happy with
yourself and your life!

I am in Pakenham and I see clients here or I can work with you over the phone.
